I had been a customer for years before canceling the service. Then, without permission, charged my credit card $968.00. To get my money back, I was told to reconnect the service. First I was told the refund would come in 72 hours. Then I told the refund ($812) would come in 15 business days-July 17. I just called them and NOW their saying the refund was processed on July 7 and would be 15 days from that date-July 28. My bank is charging me for every day that my account is in the negative. Even after the refund, I will still owe my bank $434. That will not be all because it will take time to get that money together.

If you can help it... Get cable.
