Long story short Directv took $1300 out of my checking account for early termination fee plus cost of receivers. The service was not being canceled. I was then told it would take up to 30 days to get my refund of which they did not process correctly twice. After getting tired of talking to a call center of which all of their customer service centers are, with people that can' t really do anything to help. I called the home office in El Segundo Ca and spoke with Helen @ 310-353-5000. She has my refund processed and should be returned in 1-2 business days. Much better than the 30 days I was originally told. Once I get my refund Directv will never have the opportunity to do this to me again, or anyone else that I know or can help. I will never have anything else from them again.
