Worst service I have ever received - ALL

I will never recommend the company and never use there services again.

I have had the services for 3 months and have had 5 frustrating situations. Besides the fact that at least once a week the services is faulty, the staff is terrible training and uninformed. I have had the call agents tell be 3 different things regarding company policies and procedures - one of them being a supervisor.
And then to top it all of they call me a liar - listen to you recordings. Cable was not dream but 150% better than Direct Tv.

Think of moving services - Don't it is a nightmare!
