NO Customer Service

The Colby, KS Walmart has poor customer service. Many of the verious departments have no one in them to help you. You then have to go looking for someone to help you and IF you find someone they tell you that is not their area and they call on their walkie talkie or the nearest phone for customer service to that area and no one ever shows up to help!!! So you wait and wait and then the process starts all over again! But you can bet that if you mixed your own paint, or went behind a counter to get your own pictures or some jewelry someone whould show up really quick!!! Guess next time I will stop at the service desk and ask for a store manager to walk me back to whatever area I need help in!!!
