Customer Service - complaint

I bought a bike from the Cambridge, Oh Walmart my name is Angel Durben and customer service ladies were very rude. I bought the bike and when I got it home the gears were broke. I took it back the next day and they said very rudely that they would have to look at. We walked around Walmart for an hour before we went back up their and found out that it will be a couple of days! Walmart sells me a broken bike now I have to wait on my bike. When this guy gets to my bike we don't know and either did they, great! Want a bike go to K-mart!!!
