Site to store wait time and NO CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE. - Computer desk

To whom it may concern, I order a computer desk through site to store. Well, when I went in to pick it up there was no one at the counter. Waiting for about 15 minutes, another person, then another person... Waiting and waiting. The third person went to talk to the Walmart manager however was informed the manager was on his lunch break. After about 30 minutes, a Customer Service Representative showed up. Was unable to give me my receipt as the register was 'froze' and would not work for her.in addition to this, the male assistant who was helping her did not offer to assist me with loading the extremely heavy computer desk into the cart. I ended up loading it myself.

The two customers who were behind me in the wait line were just as upset. Never will I recommend site to store from Walmart.
