Customer Service is non-existant

I went into Wal Mart to return a shower curtain, went to the customer service desk, which I might add should be called the customer no service desk. There were 11 people in line in front of me and only one person working the desk. I stood there in line for 30 minutes with very little movement. This is not the first time I have had this issue nor is it the only Wal Mart store that I have had this issue it tends to be the new normal for customer "no" service at Wal Mart.
