Customer service at the Colby, Ks Walmart is horrible. You cannot find any one in the store who will say "How can I help you?' When you ask for help in an area they will say that is not my area and call on their walkie talkie for help but no one ever shows up to help you or they will use the intercom system and page customer service to that area, but no one ever shows up. You can ask five different employees and get the exact same response. But I am sure that if you were to mix your own paint, get your own photo's or jewlery from behind the counter there would be a rapid response!!!
