Poor customer service!

This company is the worst! They don't care about the customer! I have been trying to get my and Internet installed for almost a week. We make an appointment at 4 and they show up at 2:30 when we arent there. We call back for another appointment at 4 and they show up at 12:30 when we are at work. We give writen consent for our apartment to let them in and they want us to be there. They close at 5pm and we get off work at 5pm. They don't want to accommodate the customer or work with us. We need the Internet for our jobs they don't care but they sure want to charge our credit card ASAP. If I didn't have to go with them I wouldn't. I'm very unhappy with their customer service. They don't care about the customer!
