Bad customer service

I had an appointment today from 1-3pm to have Internet installed. 1-3 came and went no one showed up to install Internet. I called and asked they sent me to 3 different people only to find out they really never had an appointment and that they where sorry that I should call and set up a new appointment. They don't care this is not the first time. I sat and waited they should have at least called. Worst customer service in America!
