DirecPath response times are RIDICULOUS!

TV & Radio

Once again I have come home on a Friday after working all week to NO SERVICE. Of course I did the 'troubleshooting' steps the called customer service. I then go through all the 'troubleshooting' steps again on the phone with them. Surprise!!! It's still not working. "Sorry the first appointment we have is on MONDAY from 8AM-12NOON". Geniuses-I work to pay for this horrible service so THAT'S not possible. Well the next afternoon appointment is not until TUESDAY afternoon. The guy then tries to sell me their internet while he is scheduling the appointment. ARE YOU SERIOUS!!! I only have this horrible service because of the apartment community I live in. THIS is enough for me to not renew my lease with them. Oh yeah... This is the 2nd service interruption that I have had since I moved here in February.
