Tech. Do not show up to the appointments

I bought one of the Service America Annual contracts which I regret. This is the second time that I set up an appointment with them for the day that they have availability, which is never on the weekend because never are techs. Available on these days. I had to take the day they have available off from work with no pay and the tech did not show up for the second time. I called customer servise several times to make sure that everything was ok with the appointment and the agents got apset because I ask them to contact the tech to make sure that he will show up. This company do not respect the time of they customer. They only care whey you are going to sign up their contract. I really prefer to pay somebody everytime that one of the appliances in my house stop working.
