Bait and switch

When I had the cable installed, there was an agreement between Time Warner and the Building Complex that every customer that installed their Triple Play would receive a free month of cable. Not only did I never receive this free month, they charged seperately for the services. I wound up paying more for the triple play with one DVR box than I had in a previous location for 4 DVRs. They say that the Premium services are separate from the package deal. At no time (at least not till they succored me in) did they ever state that the premiums are separate from the triple play package.
