Customer Service Keeps Getting Worse, Advised BBB Complaint

If you as I do have problems with Direct TV file a complaint with the BBB and as soon as possible drop them and run like hell, their customer service does not get better, it gets worse I would never recommend that anyone do business with this company, I would rather pay another cable company to provide service as to have Direct TV for free
