Direct Tv the worse service." I would not get this service even if they offer me free. The worst customer service ever. I would not recommend getting directv to anyone. Take mt word for it, direct tv charges you more than you owe everthing. They hav hidden charges and hidden contracts, which pops frm no where. You will end up paying more than you should. And guess what, since bthey tie you into the cntract, they dominate you. Shella and Ben from the customer service are the worse representative who are working for this company. But Oma second note, they are following the company, s worse policy. Believe, I am a General Manager and I know, how to handle customer services. I m very very disappointed with direct tv. If I were you, don't bother getting their service, coz I rather be without a tv than having them"!
