Horrible horrible horrible

Their bills don't match up. Online it will say we owe $180, but our mail bill will say we owe $112. When asking a customer representative, they'll say to pay the lower amount, knowing that we'd get sent to collections, but we're not that stupid. Customer service is the worst we've every experienced. Hoping my military orders can get me out of this crap contract!
