The customer service at comcast is horrible. Always count on disconnects when they say they will transfer you to a superviser. The monthly bills are just abount always incorrect. Even tho nothing extra is order - it has varried fom $20 extra to $300 extra. They just cannot figure it out and promise to call back and do not. Just the worst I have ever seen
