DIRECTV is such a scam!

They have scammed me out of so much money it is unbelievable! I was told that with the cable and internet my bill would only be around $60/month and here I was paying $80/month for TV and $30/month for internet. I was also no aware of a contract! I was not once told I'd be going into a 24 month contract by the man I was talking to and set it up with. I would NEVER go into a contract if I had known this. Their customer service is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! I can honestly say I have never dealt with such a terrible company. I had to cancel because I moved and the fee to move your cable was over $200! I chose to cancel for $260, and after that I was bill another $100! The lady on the phone told me that's how much my fee was... $360. Why would one lady tell me $260 and another $360! They have nothing together, they always bill wrong, and they are horrible at explaining the reason for the bill. Absolute horrible experience! I would NEVER RECOMMED them to my worst enemy!
