Satellite connection issues - Direct TV and Internet

Since I have moved to Emerald Palms 33186 I have had several issues with Direcpath internet and satellite service. First my internet was down for 5 days b/c the company did not have a technician available to come to my apartment. The representative told me I would get a credit on my account and of course no credit was issued. When I questioned them about it they said a credit of $6.00 would be issued. What a joke for the inconvenience and poor quality of service I am getting. Now for the past 2 days I have had no satellite so I cant watch tv... A service that I am paying for. The ironic thing is that a technician was sent out today and we still have the same problem. When I called tonight they could not tell me when the issue would be resolved but if I wanted they would contact DirectTV to give me a credit on the account. Of course I want a credit on my acct. I am paying for service I can't access or enjoy. Tomorrow I will be going to the management office at Emerald Palms to file a complaint and maybe once the contract is up with Direcpath they will not renew.
