Poor signal & awful customer service

Although I have not had a terrible experience with Directv, their maintenance issues all go through Direcpath. I have had nothing but poor customer service and faulty information from Direcpath. The Directv satellite has "not been able to find signal" 3 times in the last 5 months and no service men can fix this issue until days, sometimes weeks, after reported. Several tenants in my apartment complain of the same issues every month. Direcpath never seems to have any answers regarding the service issues, and continues to blame it on the electricity at the apartment complex. When I used Direcpath for internet, I was calling at least 5 times/week to troubleshoot my signal. It is a pain, waste of time and huge frustration. I have had AT&T for 6 months now and have not experience even ONE signal loss or maintenance issue. I have used Charter as well, and have had no issues with their service either.
