Internet Slow barely working - 3 Mbps Internet Package

Starting friday internet at Emerald Palms 33186 has become so slow as to be unusable. Pages do not finish loading. I couldn't even get the support page on the direcpath website to load. This issue has been going on for days and the already extremely slow internet is now not even usable. Please look at the equipment at Emerald Palms and fix the issue
