Direcpath is a lost cause

After living at Emerald Palms Miami 33186 for almost a year I can't begin to express the frustrations Direcpath have caused our household. We are forced to get our internet connection through this crooked company as our apartment complex has a contract with them (That I imagine they are getting paid well for). The only thing they offer is up to 3mbs speed which is usually around 0.20mbs from 4pm - 1am and at best 1.0 mbs any other time. Calling customer support amounts to nothing. Getting calls from the corporate office is a joke, they just blame everything on the apartment complex or use the "Sorry the hardware isn't upgraded at your location" (which is what they tell everyone it seems after reading other reviews). Can't watch Netflix, can't play any online game without 1000-3000 ms ping. This is the worst service I have ever received for any product/service in my life. Avoid these crooks at all cost and spare yourself the misery. Also, Direcpath, please don't copy paste a response saying you care and want to look into my issue, after 10 calls, contact with Customer Advocacy and corporate office, you have proven you can do nothing but make excuses and put the blame on the apartment complex. Will be filing a formal well documented complaint with you know who this week.
