THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY - Internet is the worst I ever had... Cable tv is terrible too

This is the worse internet service I have ever used. The company is outsourcing to the Phillipines and the people there are not the brightest bulbs in town. The service is terrible and they install new equipment and break something else... But they seem to be the only option and I hate this company with a passion. Rick Germano needs to be a customer for a while and see how he likes it
