Service keeps getting worse and phone support is no help

I have been with Time Warner ever since Adelphia became Time Warner and the service just gets worse and worse. A family member passed away today and we have been having serious issues with our phone. I have had to spend hours on hold and have spoken to six different "technical support" people and nothing helps, it only gets worse. I hate this company, it has the worst service and the worst customer service.
