I will never use them. I set up an account with them. Paid my $99.00 installation fee, took off work to wait for the installer. They never showed. I called and was told the previous person who lived in my home had a "balance".. Not my problem but they wouldn't credit my credit card back. I got NOTHING for $99.00. Customer service hung up on me 3 times when I asked to speak with a supervisor. I finally called my CC company and disputed the charge. Directv used MY money to offset the balance of someone I DIDNT KNOW. Never ever will I recommend this company. This was never disclosed to me during the sales call.
