Direct tv overbilling despite advertised rate of 29.99 - Direct Tv Service

Direct tv. I ordered 29.99 package. All I can afford at 75. Each month my bill exceeds that. I have told direct tv I do not want movies or anything except the 29.99 package but I continue to be billed way over that amt. I cannot afford anymore than what I ordered, the bare bones advertised. I have called repeatedly but cannot get these added expenses removed.
