Direct tv-customer service - cable

Unbelievably awful. Couldn't get service, numberous tries on phone, tech's at house saying he can't make it better, he was calling to put in for contract cancel, now having a hard time with that because they are saying i had a "lazy installer"... Not my problem!!! Cancel my contract, come get my stuff, and be done. You people are unbelievable, and have no clue how to communicate and perform customer service. If this continues, i will file for a lawsuit. Done!!!
