Charged late fee even though I wasn't late

I hired two films. One was viewed and delivered for that one-day time. Another was viewed and delivered to get a two-day time. They charged me a late charge for both films despite the fact that just one was overdue. I named their customer support plus they did not consider the charge-off. These were exceedingly rude and unhelpful. I actually donot believe they've any purpose of removing any costs even when it had been their error. Please bear in mind, be sure you study your claims and understand precisely when you're getting and returning your drive. I place the cost in challenge with my charge card. I understand it is just $1.31 but a dreadful company (or any organization) does not deserve to create money with no trade of products or companies.
