5 year price lock rip off

We'd a sales person arrived at our house in October and after hrs we decided to providers. The "agreement" had a certain 5-year cost lock but each month our statement differs. Whenever we obtained our first statement my partner named customer support and was informed they mightnot support him and he'd to some shop which he did. After 45 units in-line he was informed they mightnot support him and he'd need to contact customer support which he did, again. It's been a continuing fight and we were informed today that since their conditions of support are published on the site they are able to alter costs each time they like. We closed a deal, not the web site and weren't aimed towards the site to examine the conditions of support just before registering. Customers' regret does not use since so enough time drops from becoming a member of support before you get your first statement. Essentially you're in the mercy of the fraudulent, dishonest, selfish organization. Buyer beware, nor work with the corporation. I just wish we are able to stop support without it charging us a "pack".
