Charged for free soda!

I hired several films, I delivered all of them about the deadline. Like fourteen days later I received a notice thru the email stating one film wasnot delivered, I named the shop, I spoke to 1 of the workers, she stated the film wasnot returned however, then I spoke towards the supervisor, she insisted the film wasnot back, till she actually visited move search and discovered it about the ledge. Then she stated there is another film which was delivered overdue and that I needed to spend late fees. I informed her I delivered all my films in the same period, she responded extremely rudely, nearly shouting at me, that she himself had set this film back about the ledge when it had been delivered late. After returning and forth with this particular argument, I informed her I had been not likely to spend this late charge, and that I never delivered to that particular shop again. I've yet to shut my consideration as of this shop on Area Bl. Fontana, Ca.

I opened a merchant account in the shop in Rancho Cucamonga, California lately. Our third-time hiring, the lady stated I acquired A TOTALLY FREE 2-liter soda with my leases, couple of days later, I examined my bill to verify the deadline, and also to my shock, I HAD BEEN CHARGED THE TWO LITER POP!!! I'll be moving in to keep in touch with the supervisor about that tommorrow!
