Charged for Movies that I did not view

I obtained a selections notice for 4 films I possibly "hired" having a freeview discount or attempted to lease and nothing seemed about the television. I named customer support and also the films didn't seem on our statement, nevertheless when we ended the service-we were. The collection company stated the films seemed within our gear which was delivered. They reported we hired the films and didn't purchase them. DirecTv must examine its documents because they got along my client data. I had been not billed at that time the situations occurred, but a-6 weeks or perhaps a year later.
