I had been thinking about the triple-play bundle from Time-Warner and named customer support. Once I had been ready to keep in touch with somebody they advised me that I really could not obtain the triple-play bundle for $89.99 since I'm current client. I indicated my frustration with TW and requested to consult with a boss. The client support representative explained speaking with a boss wouldn't aid simply because they do not have the ability to regulate pricing or agree pricing.
