Fraudulent charges made to my (Vicki Hart) account

Deceptive costs for films which were never requested being billed to my bill. This is actually the 3rd month in AROW this has occurred & Comcast is declining to credit me the over $400.00 in ADULT that's been billed to my bill. I've named Comcast 2 prior occasions about that, changed out the device & all containers. I've adult films plugged on all Televisionis. Every Television takes a 4-digit pin number I Have positioned on them simply to reach the on-demand selection. I've no kids, or does anybody have use of my house. My sweetheart & I've named on many events about that problem and we're being informed that the "Ultimate Decision" hasbeen created and they aren't likely to credit my bill. They declare the films were requested in the container in my own room, that will be difficult. They claim there's no means a film can be requested without it originating from in the home and that I claim that it may, since it has.
