Wrongfully charged for pay per view

My partner and that I needed to obtain a fresh container for just one of our televisionis and directv delivered us a statement for payperview films they stated we requested this past year. Which we did not. Formerly we'd 9 person payperview films on our statement. I attempted to keep in touch with them-and let them know that people did not cost these films but which was an overall total waste of period

We simply changed to Constitution communications and delivered our containers directly into directv. They currently delivered us another statement for payperview films that people did not purchase. I'd a code on my bill so nobody else might purchase them. I believe this can be a fraud and that I WOn't get another satelite dish from their store or every other satelite company.in the end of my problems they keep calling me to return... Lol!!!
