Unauthorized credit card

I had been billed on my BANK CARD for films AFTER I PICKED BILL ME. When I named my lender was informed they simply had a need to credit my acct and bill me. Well, I named columbia home and was informed which was difficult. I, then spoken to some supervisor and was informed that they might not do this. Therefore, today I'm removed on my bill. After 3 hours of attempting ot achieve a real individual, I get no solution.
