Sucking Service

I cancelled my phone service with them cause it really is below any value except for getting nothing then marketing calls. They do sell your info to marketing companies.
Anyways, I called their rewarded customer service to cancel the phone service and after having to deny several up sell attempts, they finally scheduled to be cancelled.
They emailed me the work order for this and scheduled themselves a 14 hour window to show up.

They could come anywhere from 8 am to 10pm! Ridiculous!

So here i am loosing a full day and no service tech yet by 2pm.
I replied to their service email and see that they read it instantly by answering my return request.
Guess what... No service tech at all!!!
I had it with them. A company that disrespects their customers is not worth being involved with.
Now i can't wait to hear from them when they try to reschedule..
