I have had BrightHouse service for just a little over four months and have had to call their service department twice. I haven't had any problems with customer service; however, I have had nothing but problems with my service since I began using BrightHouse. First, their service has an automatic reboot set for around 2:00am every morning, which takes about 10 minutes, so if you want to know what happened during the last ten minutes of your movie, GOOD LUCK! The tech who came out today says this is something they have no control over, that it is the engineers! Second, we recorded several movies over Christmas on the DVR and lost every one of them and COULD NOT RECORD anything else until the teck came out to repair. We got a new box, but no replacing those lost movies!!! If you have other options, which you probably don't if you live in Florida, with the exception of using some kind of dish, you are at their mercy! NEVER had this problem with decades of COMCAST use (Sure miss them)!
