BAD Warranty and Service

HHGregg support and warranty problems. I purchased a-50' Samsung Plasma Television from HHGregg in late Feb for $1,000, I Additionally invested $200 about the 'Warranty'. The 2nd week in May, the display went really dim and hardly noticeable. I named the guarantee quantity plus they sent an indepentant Television company. They'd to take-me Television and explained it'd be about 10 times. Well its been 15 today, and that I was informed nowadays it'd be another 3 months atleast to obtain the component in. And So I named HHGregg and desired to trade my Television or obtain a return. They dont except trades after 2 weeks, they don't perform a reimbursement, and also have been super unhelpfull within this scenario. I'm viewing a classic 19' today, I didnt invest $1,000 on the Television and $200 on the guarantee to possess no Television for 6 months. Please help!
