Falty internet service

We have had cable one for cable tv, telephone and computer for 14 months. We were happy with our computer service until we switched to this new 50 gig speed, plan. Since we have had it we have had our telephone not work, and our computer service mess up. The service actually seems slower than before with hesitations that we didn't have before. We also have a limit on the amount of service used, where there were no limits before. When we asked to be put on the original plan that we used to have, they said out 30 day plan trial was up.
