I feel as if they are monopolizing cable television and it is not right

I introduced a converter package to update to some DVR converter package to get a Standard-Definition television. The aged converter package has 2 in/out contacts about the back for the tv as well as your dvdplayer. I expected to get a DVR converter package that will also connect to my dvdplayer. She offered me the orange, reddish, and bright, wires and stated this can perform. After I hooked it back-up, my wire didn't function. I had been about the telephone using the cox tech support team for nearly 1-hour and he explained that she offered me the incorrect converter box. There are 2 kinds. He planned something individual in the future 24 hours later using the proper converter package, totally free. While he came, he didn't include any converter box. He explained he can use the orange, reddish, and brighter wires and link them towards the entrance of my Television which might repair my issue easily did not mind viewing it on Movie 1 and also the DVD play on movie 2. I stated that could be good. After I obtained my statement I had been costs $20.00 for that support phone and $9.99 for that orange, reddish, and white wire wires. After I talked to payment, she stated that I'd have to generate the group of orange, reddish and white wires to truly have the $9.99 cost eliminated. I discussed that easily did that, my wire would not work. She stated nicely, that is everything you need to do. We usually cost a $9.99 onetime charge for that wires.

I truly don't like Cox Cable whatsoever. I'm as though they're monopolizing cable TV which is not right! We'd changed to AT&T U-Verse and liked it. Nevertheless, when baseball time arrived around, they might not obtain a contract with Middle Snow since Cox has that agreement. Since my spouse is just a large baseball lover, we reluctantly changed back again to Cox for that Middle Ice pakcage. When they can't-get you one of the ways, they'll enable you to get another. I believe it's a disgrace!!!
