Fraud and scam

For more than 20 years, I've activated to Cablevision Cable Television support on Long Island. Because I'm not really a large Television fan, I've only Household/Simple wire which gets all of the broadcast systems along with a good number of cable channels. I've no use for almost any of the advanced deals and several of the stations that include my fundamental membership, I never view. All my TVs are older and never HD compatable. I had been happy with my put up and never thinking about the campaigns and decrease all messages and advertising calls from Cablevision to update to a different bundle.

So imagine my rage after I obtained a notice yesterday declaring that 10 of the stations that I actually do appreciate viewing will not be accessible under my fundamental plan-without hiring electronic converter boxes for every of my Televisionis to get a regular fee (plus controllers that'll have individual regular charge) AND THAT I should buy the IO Navigation bundle towards the melody of $10.95 per month... Simply to have the ability to see these 10 channels that I've obtained for a long time. Furthermore, my previous, low-HD TVs possibly make all of the extravagant functions using the IO Navigation bundle that I must-buy, useless.

Obviously, easily don't hire the containers or update towards the Navigation package, I believe I'll not get a credit for that 10 less channels on my existing package.

I'm that Cablevision is making those who have declined previously to upgrade, to buy gear and solutions they don't need by shifting stations from simple wire to some structure that's not readable with no upgrade.
