I would like my billing to be combined with the ATT bundle that was originally stated within my contract.instead of paying $75/mo I would like my agreed, $29.99/mo billing. I would like the promised additional 3 months of showtime and stars for 4 months of shear disappointment and frustration. And I would like my problem addressed by someone other than the supervisor at the call centers. Since I have had to call in every month to try and get this settled I would like the director of the call center, or someone in the consumer relations department within the corporation. If the problem is not addressed within the next week I will continue to blog about my horrendous experience with Direct tv, I will contact the BBB and the state's attorney general as I feel that direct tv and att are not meeting the original terms of the contract and as a consumer I want the rights I am entitled to in this situation.
