When I called initially to set up my service I was told I could have 4 hd boxes and that I would not be charged an additional $200.00. When it came time for installation I was told that I must pay the additional fee. After being placed on hold for 57 minutes, a supervisor finally picked up. She told me that the customer service rep never told me that because there were no notes on the matter. I told her to replay the recorded call. She responded that she could not, but she would foward the call to another department, they will review it and they would also "coach" the csr on the proper way to pitch their product. She also told me that it is policy not to discount or give the hd boxes for free. Then she offered me a 50% discount on 1 box for my trouble (but they never discount these). So I was lied to by the first customer service rep, then the supervisor tries to tell me the rep never said that, then the supervisor tells me the rep will be coached better for lies she told, then the supervisor proceeds to offer me a balony discount. Hello? How about honoring the intial proposal? I respectfully declined and informed her I would no longer do business with their company.
