Bad customer service

Visited Train offered a discount to get a free breakfast subscription at Calgary, Alberta area and was informed to make use of it the next time. When requested to get a supervisor I had been informed the supervisor (Jay) was in a party course and nothing might be completed.

Named Train to place my protest plus they did nothing. I had been informed that train may decline there own discount.

I was also refused a dessert after I offered them with Subways own dessert discount that I acquired with my beverage throughout a train drink promotion.

Our criticism was delivered January 18. I'm still waiting.
