Direct TV Repair Service

We live in New England in a large home in the country with a kind of tall roof. We love our home and it is beautiful. We purchase the home 5 years ago and we kept Direct TV the previous owner had this. It started last year we lost the service. So, we called Direct TV and they sent someone out to fix it and apparently a small cable closure cable to the ground was rusty so they replaced it and it worked great until a few months ago and we would lose it and then it came back finally a week or so we lost it for good. So, they sent out a repair man to fix our problem. Apparently the man they sent out was approx 300 lbs and had to climb the roof. He huffed and puffed all the way up and was working on it. My mom was home. Apparently after he left my mom noticed out back that he wrapped the cable across our chimney. It looks awful we called Direct TV and they sent out a supervisor... What a joke he was. Well, anyways all he pretty much said was you should have watched him better. I couldn't believe it! Here was a supervisor telling my older mom she should have chased him around the house to make sure he was doing his job. He also said the guy was not allowed to go on our roof and he broke the rules and was written up because of it... Yeah right. He said he fired 12 people last month for getting on roofs and he should have fired this guy also but did not. I really didn't believe a word he said. He told he would call us back Saturday to let us know if there anything they can do for us. Surprise no call!!! Before he left I asked him for his Supervisor's name and number and at first he tried to blow me off like he was it the top guy at Direct TV... Yeah right finally he gave me his boss name and number. Bottom line if you value your home at all don't call Direct TV. It is not worth it they are horrible to deal with.
