House damage

9/8 a rep from Direct TV came to my home to install a dish for my tenant. When my tenant asked if it were OK with me I told him to use the dish already in place on the roof. (I had the service until the cost kept going up) My tenant made an appointment telling them to bring a tall ladder as the house is 3 stories.

I came home and saw an young man coming from my house. There were no other vehicles around and I asked if he was all set or if anyone was home. He told me he just left to pick up the kids from school.

Later in the afternoon, my tenant came to my home and told me the service man put the dish on the side of my house, putting holes into my siding. I again told my tenant to use the one on the roof and to remove the other. Which he did, 6 hours later.

I now have two holes in my siding. I own the house, never was asked by the service man (he put it there on his own nor did I sign anything.

What I want to know is who is going to repair my siding. My property was damaged and I would like it taken care of before I have to get legal council.

I called Direct TV and was told I would have to write a letter to the 'president' in Co. Apparently there is no phone number or email. I don't feel I should have to jump through hoops for something I had no control over. It was not my mistake, it was Direct TV's.
