So my husband and I decided to get att uverse in January. We had to have three people come out with in a 24 hour period to install this product. First the first person did not wire/install everything correctly. The second guy just tested the product and told us it was okay, it did work for about 2 hours then stopped again. The third guy had to rewire/install everything again. However, we have also have gone through a total of six (YES SIX) recievers. When we call att they act like this is the best product out there. Sorry to tell you, but this is the worst product ever and client service sucks.

This started in January, I asked for "information ONLY" on u-verse. The person signed me up cause about a week later I received a box in the mail with electrical equipment to hook up U-verse in my home
