ATT U-verse customer service - ATT U-verse internet & phone service

I agree hands down that ATT U-verse has the worst customer service. I knew I shouldn't have gone with ATT when I had another option out there - what is wrong with me??? I was never told that when I moved a month ago & went with ATT that I would have to install my own equipment for my internet & phone in the house. The fellow that came out was very blunt with me and stated he was only there to install the line to the outside of the house - he was in and out in a flash. Also, I had to call them seeking a ONE week extension past a disconnet date on my bill & was refused (I tried to explain that I unexpected medical expenses requiring surgery this month) and the service rep was the same way as the installer - NO compassion and bordeline rude - shame on you ATT!
