Poor customer retention policies. It costs much more to get new customers than to keep loyal 15 year customers such as myself. I didn't ask for new customer monthly rate but simply for FREE upgrade for old outdated equipment. I get new phone every 24 months with AT&T... They have enough sense to realize there are competitors who would be happy to have my business. After I disconnect it is to late to make this right which seems to be what Direct TV has done to other consumers who wrote reviews.
