4 Months & Still No Resolution

After putting up with problems with my Directv service for months, I called to have a service tech come to fix the problem. This was in May, and after numerious service calls, replacing almost everything, there is still a problem that is yet to be resolved. With the cancelation penalty, I can't afford to switch back to cable.
